With a staff of 18, the chef de cuisine Michael Baader and sous chef de cuisine Aschi Zahnd have been the masterminds behind the culinary offerings at Teufelhof for a quarter of century. Each assumes responsibility for ensuring that the products used are both beyond reproach and ethically sourced. What’s more, all our dishes are home-made; we do not serve ready-made dishes. Here at Teufelhof we offer you two different restaurants. Our bar & coffee lounge, wine cellar and numerous sumptuous culinary events enhance our offering.
