Michael Baader and Peter Moser are among the defining master chefs of Basel’s gastronomy scene. Both stand for craftsmanship, precision, outstanding products and a cuisine that has delighted guests for many years and helped shape Basel’s gourmet scene.

With “Les Quatre Saisons”, Peter Moser wrote Basel gastronomy history. Now he follows the invitation of Michael Baader, who is bidding farewell after 37 years at the Teufelhof, to a very special evening together: a “culinary hallelujah” in the new fine dining restaurant of the Teufelhof.

Together, the two master chefs dedicate themselves to classic French haute cuisine and serve an exclusive 5-course menu. A 4-hands dinner that brings together their many years of experience, their passion for great cuisine and their connection to Basel gastronomy in an enjoyable way.

The evening will be accompanied by an apéritif and a carefully paired wine accompaniment. Look forward to a festive evening full of elegance, craftsmanship and culinary memories – and to a special opportunity to experience two great personalities of Basel cuisine together at the stove.
