NOVA stands for modern, honest and product-focused cuisine, where the essentials take centre stage: the product itself. Head chef Christoph Hartmann combines precise craftsmanship with his great passion for high-quality products and a respectful approach to animals and nature. As a passionate hunter, he brings a special closeness to the product – from selection to preparation.

The four interconnected rooms can accommodate up to 80 guests. Each room can also be closed off individually and used for smaller groups of up to 25 people.
