Michael Baader and Peter Moser are among the defining master chefs of Basel’s gastronomy. Both stand for craftsmanship precision, excellent produce and a cuisine that has delighted guests over many years and helped shape Basel’s gourmet scene.

With «Les Quatre Saisons», Peter Moser wrote Basel gastronomy history. Now he accepts Michael Baader’s invitation, as he says farewell after 37 years at Teufelhof, for a very special evening together: a «culinary hallelujah» in Teufelhof’s new fine-dining restaurant.

Together, the two master chefs dedicate themselves to classic French haute cuisine and serve an exclusive 5-course menu. A 4-hands dinner that brings together their many years of experience, their passion for great cuisine and their connection to Basel’s gastronomy in an enjoyable way.

The evening is accompanied by an apéro and a carefully matched wine pairing. Look forward to a festive evening full of elegance, craftsmanship and culinary memories – and to a special opportunity to experience two great personalities of Basel cuisine together at the stove.
